On July 29, 2024, CMS published a number of final determination letters for its Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) non-quantitative treatment limitation (NQTL) comparative analysis reviews on their website. These letters provide additional transparency into the violations and corrective actions completed and required as a result of these reviews.
