Examination Resources (ER) is proud to announce the re-award of a federal contract by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), to support the Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) program. This program requires health insurers to report on how they spend premium dollars, specifically the portion allocated to clinical services and quality improvement activities versus administrative costs and profits. Under this contract, ER will continue to provide key services to support CCIIO’s oversight of the MLR provision of the Affordable Care Act.
